magic of a different kind.

this morning, i woke and traveled to vbs at my church. i helped the kids make magic. a different kind of magic.

i came home, ate, and cleaned the bathroom. i chatted with kati. aka hsbl. and then i rode my bicycle to her home.

we just hung out for a bit. she got a new mirror on her bathroom door. it is full-length. rather exciting. we pulled out our notebook from last school year and looked at our list of things to do for a fantasmic summer. i think one or two items have actually been accomplished. so we have a mission.
and then we went outside with our cameras, two digital and a disposable, and took lovely pictures. we played on the tires and i took many candid photos of kati. we have several on the disposable of us goofing off, revelaing our true nature. i think. because usually, we are all serious and sexy in photos, but we sometimes are tards for the camera. much more often today. those were on the disposable, so neither of us knows what they look like. i can't wait to see after she gets them printed.

she had a box of chocolates from japan, and the box was empty, but it was "esprit de mary" and "mary's chocolatier." i was highly entertained and took the box home. minus the chocolates. my name is mary.

so a few days ago i made myself a new purse out of old t-shirts. one side is white with black skulls and red hearts, and one side is red, and it's the tabasco logo, but it says "it's like love. you always want more, no matter how badly you got burned last time. original tabasco pepper sauce." highly entertaining. i love it. and the straps are just plain black.
everyone seems to like it so much, i figured i would do it for others. give me three t-shirts and approximately five dollars, and i'll do a purse/bag/thinger for ya. my mummie's idear.

well, i do believe it is time for me to exit. farewell.

"and i really don't know why we do it like this. imitation smiles and how 'it's wonderful to be here!' i'm really not sure what we're so scared we'll miss."
-the cure, round and round and round
