i'm actually pretty upset about it.
we're leaving the house at around four or four thirty in the morning, but at least i get to see her off at the airport. and i'll get to school on time. big bonus.
so, for her goodbye party, i'm making a double-layer chocolate cake with chocolate frosting, crushed up hershey bars sprinkled on top, and a ring of chocolate chips around it. alex really digs chocolate.
i'm tired of this school week already, and it's only tuesday.
well...it's my bedtime...
kati...i stand corrected.
so my best friend has defined her life, and it's clear to me that i don't much of a place in it. it's a little upsetting, but i think i accepted that fact last february, albeit slightly subconsciously. so it's not much of a shock.
